Review: Landlord is lovely, friendly, and gets stuff sorted quickly. Location is great - very close to 2 of Uni of Southampton campuses, within walking distance to supermarkets, Portswood Road, and plenty of pubs. Rooms are a great size, and kitchen has so much storage. Small patio at back of property is also great for having friends over or spending some time outside. Lots of natural light, so barely need to put lights on.

Review: The rent was cheap for the location, the management team of the building is lovely (the security guards). The property management team (SB Living) through which I rented was also responsive. It's the landlord that's the problem. Great location, central but not too noisy at least before they started redoing the building facade.

Review: The flat itself, when I lived there was kept in an ok condition. It’s close to town with decent bus links. You’ve got an Aldi across the road and a one stop that’s open until 10pm which is handy. Parking is free and there’s plenty of space in the dedicated car park.

Review: We decorated this house exactly as we wanted and had nothing taken from the deposit when we left as we actually improved the property which was reflected when they only increased the rent by £30 in 2 years. The neighbours were lovely and kept our packages but also respectful of our privacy. The house was big and had plenty of room and the garage was huge.
