Overall
Positive:
Well kept and enough amenities for all 6 people. Near transport and not far from shops. Rooms are a little on the small side but not the worst I’ve seen. Two of the rooms do not share walls, and have a view of the courtyard; other 4 rooms are (probably) south facing (depending on which flat you are in).
Negatives:
With this being mostly for 4th year/mature students, there will occasionally be student-like behaviour around the flats. Compared to my experiences of other flats during my time at uni it struck the best balance of not being too quiet or loud. Rarely you will hear noise from other flats, but can occasionally happen. Large shopping stores (Asda, Aldi/Lidl) are a little far away, check you’re happy to walk this if you don’t have access to a car.
Advice for next tenants:
Great for mature/final year students who want to occasionally go out but not as much as they used to!
