Downright dangerous building to live in

Overall

Positive:

The flat itself, when I lived there was kept in an ok condition. It’s close to town with decent bus links. You’ve got an Aldi across the road and a one stop that’s open until 10pm which is handy. Parking is free and there’s plenty of space in the dedicated car park.

Negatives:

The place is absolutely ridden with violent drug dealers. You’ll often see kids hanging about picking up drugs from older men. One night at 3am the janitor guy (a dodgy looking bloke to be honest) was stabbed right outside my door. Another time I had a friend over who witnessed a guy being set upon with baseball bats in the shared car park. Honestly it made me feel really unsafe living here. At the time I was paying £450 for a flat which imo was too much and the fact they’re advertising now for £600+ is disgusting.

Advice for next tenants:

Avoid this building altogether. It’s an absolute hotbed for violent criminals and if your face fits, it could be an extremely dangerous place for you to live.
