Positive:
Close to a very good (if expensive) corner shop. Good location, as compared to other options in the price range. Quite quiet, not cramped for 5 people.

Positive:
Close to a very good (if expensive) corner shop. Good location, as compared to other options in the price range. Quite quiet, not cramped for 5 people.
Negatives:
Landlord/management company (nicholas humphreys) were very slow to resolve issues (for example a broken fire alarm wasn't fixed for weeks). The boiler was constantly on the fritz. Not particularly well maintained (broken bannister, peeling wallpaper, etc.). The estate agent was either incompetent, or pretending to be. The house was dirty when we moved in and when we moved out they pulled the usual nasty move of charging us for extra cleaning because they found scuff marks on a light switch or something. They tried to hike the rent up £25 per person per week.
Advice for next tenants:
We enjoyed living here because we enjoyed living with eachother, but I do not recommend the house itself. If you haven't got any other good options though, there are defintely worse places to live.
