Great view of greenery from the living room and it was quiet. Warmer than a victorian terraced flat. No particular problems with neighbours.

Negatives:
The landlord estate agents (walton robinson / seekers) did not respond quickly to problems. The flat had very obviously not been cleaned when we moved in and when we left they tried to charge us for things that were either clearly "standard wear and tear", or were already like that when we moved in. When we protested this they dragged their feet for literal YEARS. At first they wouldn't give us any deposit back, then a little bit of it, then most of it, and finally all of it. Obviously they bank on most people giving up or moving away during that time.
Advice for next tenants:
The flats in these buildings are nice, but if possible avoid 'Seekers' (as they now called themselves).
