Location is great - very close to 2 of Uni of Southampton campuses, within walking distance to supermarkets, Portswood Road, and plenty of pubs. Rooms are a great size, and kitchen has so much storage. Small patio at back of property is also great for having friends over or spending some time outside. Lots of natural light, so barely need to put lights on.

The neighbours were lovely and kept our packages but also respectful of our privacy. The house was big and had plenty of room and the garage was huge.

Review: As a relatively new development, everything is very new and modern. There is 24/7 security and a reception, all of the staff are super friendly and nice. Maintainence is quick and responsive, they always replace any broken appliances with no hassle. High speed Internet is also provided for free. The neighbours all keep to themselves. Apparently there are social events organised in the common space but I have never seen anything happening. Despite how many flats there are, the area is very quiet.
