Positive:
Landlord is lovely, friendly, and gets stuff sorted quickly. Location is great - very close to 2 of Uni of Southampton campuses, within walking distance to supermarkets, Portswood Road, and plenty of pubs. Rooms are a great size, and kitchen has so much storage. Small patio at back of property is also great for having friends over or spending some time outside. Lots of natural light, so barely need to put lights on.
Negatives:
As the parking behind the property is not gated or permit, random people sometimes park there. Bathroom can get a little chilly in winter, but nothing too bad.
Advice for next tenants:
Great for a student or couple of students who don’t want a long commute to campus. Make sure to keep in regular contact with landlord, as he is fantastic at fixing things.
