Negatives:
There is damp everywhere, if you take a shower for too long in the upstairs bathroom the ceiling will leak. Similarly, the skylight downstairs leaks with heavier rain. Electrics are old and trip up a lot - if one cable comes loose you risk loosing electricity in the whole house. I think the house itself is in the state of disrepair, however the landlord tried to cover it up so you don’t see it at the first glance. Garden is not maintained, uneven and full of trash. You barefoot get any light in the downstairs part of the house so it always feels dark and cold.
Advice for next tenants:
First advice do not rent it. Agency/landlord do no care at all, don’t reply to emails, messages and phone calls. If anything breaks, leaks etc. you are on your own.
