Gorgeous view; bedrooms are average sized for the area considering it's a student house and it did come furnished with everything we needed. Large kitchen and living space which was essential for a shared house.

Overall
Negatives:
"Really cold and damp in the winter; the landlord could be a bit flakey and the management company at the time refused to repair things as they didn't think it was warranted. Furniture a bit old, dated, and falling apart (they have updated the lounge but the bedrooms are the same as when I lived there mid-2010s). Bathroom was awful and we were constantly fighting mould. We had to use dehumidifiers all of the time. Balcony and garden were poorly maintained. House was filthy when we moved it - no professional clean despite the fact that they had claimed there was one. We didn't do a clean when we left and they tried to fight this until we said we'd do one if we have receipts from the previous. They couldn't produce these. "
Advice for next tenants:
They included in our contract that we needed to maintain the garden but it was completely inaccessible and we had nothing to maintain it with and no storage. The garden was a complete mess with weeds, trash at the bottom and long grass. Only when we went to a solicitor did they agree that we did not need to maintain it. If they include that clause do NOT agree to it, it'll be completely impossible to maintain it.
