Positive:
"Landlord is responsive and reasonable. He respects our privacy and has fixed most things if there is a problem. The apartment building is generally quiet and respectful Design is lovely and storage nooks are a dream. We have a 40"" TV which fits perfectly into the fitted cabinet. Also mostly easy to keep clean and hygeinic."
Negatives:
"In winter, it is cold. Windows are big (amazing) but not double glazed so heating isn't efficient. Also the windows are very easy for passersby to look into but luckily mostly feels like it's accidental that people look in. The kitchen is tiny and not much storage. Storage is a bit odd. Impossible to properly clean shower as the tiles and grout are so small that mould easily builds up. Ventilation... personally like a draft or air circulation which is not easy to achieve. We gonna invest in an air purifier.
Advice for next tenants:
A new fridge A deep clean Check the boiler timer works Consider energy costs and council tax as the area can be pricey. Consider that the sunlight doesn't go into the house so can be quite cold. Big windows are epic though. Invest in a dehumidifier.
