Review: Positives are that: - flat is in a perfect place for location between Bristol and Bath - modern and up to date; very nicely and simply decorated - bills ended up being cheap just due to how insulated and good the windows are - no off street parking but I never had any troubles getting a space in the parking bit out front

Review: The agents, House and Co were very good and very quick to sort things - no issues with them. The house itself works and was nice enough to live in. Decent space and not too expensive at the time. Neighbours are absolutely wonderful and the community is brilliant. Location is lovely and garden faces an amazing view.

The apartment building is generally quiet and respectful Design is lovely and storage nooks are a dream. We have a 40"" TV which fits perfectly into the fitted cabinet. Also mostly easy to keep clean and hygeinic."

Review: Decent flat, the communal garden at the back of the property really elevated the flat over all. The rent wasn't too bad for the area. They fixed the entry door to the stairwell so that there's now a buzzer system. Super responsive letting agency. Neighbours are lovely. Really close to town in a great area.

Review: "The landlords were amazing. The furnished flat actually had everything (including new pots and pans, plates, even cutlery). They put a bottle of champagne and flowers for me too when I first went in. They gave my full deposit back. They were also very responsive, e.g. they fixed the boiler as quickly as possible. Honestly, the greatest landlords ever. Positives for the flat were: it was very spacious, clean and not noisy. Very bright as the living room has corner windows. The canal and the huge cherry blossom tree is amazing. The windows were double glazed, which is a huge plus in Edinburgh.

Review: Nice flat, very well maintained. Great location - near Camden, but in a quiet spot. We didn't have a rent increase for several years (though we were paying more rent than any of our neighbours by several hundred pounds per month, but that was reflected in the nice condition of the flat).
