Negatives:
Very expensive for what you get. Very loud - we were woken up at 5am most mornings by trucks making deliveries to the supermarket downstairs. After some time, Saco moved us to an apartment at the back when we asked. We had an issue with our washing machine smelling very bad when we moved in, and producing dirt. It took quite a while to get the problem fixed.
Advice for next tenants:
Very expensive and can be very noisy. Would not recommend.
