Negatives:
Poor noise and heat insulation, in the winter, I need to keep the heating opened 24/7 to maintain a comfortable temperature. This is because the insulation is so poor that it takes an hour for the flat to freeze again if I turn off the heating.
Advice for next tenants:
Great for a single person who is struggling financially and wants an affordable place in Central. otherwise, would not stay here more than a day.
