Decent size, but cold, loud neighbours and long term maintenance issues.

Overall

Positive:

Big old crital windows means you get a decent amount of light. There's plenty of space for what was paid, and it has been semi-recent refurbished. Rented as 1 bedroom, but has a box-room which can be tiny second bedroom/home office. Close to parks and buses to either tube station. Stay lovely and cool in summer heat. Management company always responsive and helpful, with repairs dispatched quickly and painlessly (if not always effectively).

Negatives:

Cold in winter, and big, old crital windows vent heat. Concrete roof and busy upstairs neighbours are always noisey late at night. Toilet misaligned so struggles to flush. Had issues with water coming down from above in bathroom through most of my tenancy. Kitchen is small.

Advice for next tenants:

Great for working from home, but if you are light sleeper, upstairs neighbours be too loud. Talk to groundskeepers, they're almost always willing to help with stuff.
