Negatives:
Planes fly overhead every 5 mins from 5 am until 10 or 11pm. The windows don't block out the noise. The neighbour upstairs has their TV on through the night every night (which you can hear) and would often hammer in the bedroom early on weekend mornings (no idea what they were doing). When we left, we lost a fair chunk of our deposit and never saw the receipts.
Advice for next tenants:
The flat is nice but noise from planes and the neighbours ultimately drove us out. I felt we were stung a little in terms of the deposit deductions.
