House was falling apart at the seams

Overall

Positive:

The upstairs rooms were in decent condition while they had enough space it was still cramped. It had really good transport connections via bus and not far from the train station

Negatives:

The house was crumbling from mold in the lower ground floors, the boiler apparently exploded before I moved in and leaked water everywhere and then subsequently grew a thick layer of mold. The bathroom was the worst, the company who owned the house said they would replace and redo the bathroom before we left, we had a man come and attempt to replace the flooring, he lifted a single corner and put it back saying that it would have to wait until after we left due to the amount of mold underneath, it would not be safe while we were there. The concrete floor was black with mold under the lino, it was disgusting. We also woke up one morning to mushrooms growing out of the bathroom doorframe.

Advice for next tenants:

Avoid like the plague, Homeless are the cheapest agency in town but there is a good reason for that, the house are falling apart and you have to fight them to fix issues, seriously avoid the agency entirely
