Negatives:
Being on the first floor is a bit of a pain and the energy bills seems to want to be extortionatly high for some reason. This can be seen as a positive also but it's right near a mcdonalds. The local shops aren't too great but there is a Tesco and Asda a little further. Bathroom has no ventilation so will practically live with the bathroom window open - it only swings from the bottom so does leave some visibility into the bathroom from the driveway. Deliveries sometimes struggle as you are not at the main (front) entrance to the building but rather around the side which somehow confuses some Delivery drivers despite the doors being clearly marked. Parking is limited at the back of the property

Just take care of the place, be nice and the landlord will treat you well
