The neighbours were lovely and kept our packages but also respectful of our privacy. The house was big and had plenty of room and the garage was huge.

It also offers more privacy than the average studio flat as there is a partial wall seperating the living room and the bedroom. Overall not bad for £700 a month. Decent bus links too, what with there being an m1 stop just around the corner.

The rent was below average, meaning we managed to save money for a house deposit and the location is really convenient with a Tesco express close by. Being a middle flat, it was warmed by the surround flats so energy costs were low. Neighbours were all friendly and quiet. Appliances were new, but most basic on the market. Areas feels safe.
