Positive:
The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size however the kitchen was small with a lot of damage to it. The price was very good, especially considering the central location.

Negatives:
All rooms get very mouldy in the winter. The bathroom was carpeted which was odd, and needed updating. The landlord/agency were not very responsive or promised to fix things that never happened.
Advice for next tenants:
Definitely get a dehumidifier, it takes a lot to keep the flat clean since it’s so run down. But, it was a decent room that served me well.
