Negatives:
When I first moved in it looked OK but it quickly went down hill. The ceiling leaked at first which would drip on me while I slept. The black mold and damp got really bad. It got to the point where my bedding and clothes would grow mold in the draws or even on the bed being used. There was zero insulation between the walls so in the winter it would get so cold you could see your breath and in the summer due to the roof tiles being black the room would get up to 45c (I had a thermometer in the room). It was terrible and really effected my life... I smelled damp all the time and the black mold made me ill. In the summer it would be infested with moths and their larve and in the winter it would be infested with so many large spiders
Advice for next tenants:
OK for short term rental or a stop gap but move asap
