Small flat, good town centre location but expensive for size. Fridge is very small. Not much storage space in kitchen. Not much storage space in the rest of the flat. Toilet drain connects to shower, which means there are often toilet smells in bathroom.

Overall

Positive:

Owned by a landlord but managed by oakleys. They are quite responsive, however we had rent increases every 6 months or so!

Negatives:

Small flat, good town centre location but expensive for size. Fridge is very small. Not much storage space in kitchen. Not much storage space in the rest of the flat. Toilet drain connects to shower, which means there are often toilet smells in bathroom. The induction Hob in the kitchen is weirdly expensive - almost £2000 and due to the cupboard directly above it, if anything falls out of the cupboard above and breaks it, you are liable for payment. Our flat over looked the car park, and there were often kids 'hanging out' by the abandoned building that shares that carpark, causing trouble.

Advice for next tenants:

Good for a single person as close to train station and very good central location.
