Review: Safe block of flats, very well soundproofed and quiet. Nice to have a balcony, felt really airy in summer and it was nice to be high up on the fourth floor and to see the trains. Cheap to heat as well insulated, good to have two bathrooms and reasonably spacious. Landlord very kind and helpful, not greedy. Location close to cabot circus and train station (and offices if relevant to work). Roof terrace was nice.

The rent was below average, meaning we managed to save money for a house deposit and the location is really convenient with a Tesco express close by. Being a middle flat, it was warmed by the surround flats so energy costs were low. Neighbours were all friendly and quiet. Appliances were new, but most basic on the market. Areas feels safe.

Review: The area is super quite and it is really close to lots of nice places to walk so great if you have a dog. There is an allocated parking spot and the flat itself if quite big for a studio. It also offers more privacy than the average studio flat as there is a partial wall seperating the living room and the bedroom. Overall not bad for £700 a month. Decent bus links too, what with there being an m1 stop just around the corner.

Review: It's in a great location at the bottom of Park Street. You couldn't get more central. Stones trow from the O2 academy, clubs, harbourside etc. Other neighbours were mostly students or couples who were friendly and respectful. Flat was warm and on first glance looks cute.

Review: Great for a single professional, would be awful for any more than a single occupant. Awesome balcony with fantastic views. Rental company (Sarah Kenny) super helpful and responsive. Walk out of the flat and you're in the city centre so everything is on your doorstep. At night it was generally quiet enough to sleep aside from the occasional club night on Park Street.
