Review: The neighbourhood is great and the neighbours are friendly. The street is quiet, but has good access to amenities. Great access to supermarkets, GP, pharmacy, and other daily life necessities. Duke Street also has a good number of shops and cafes, and you're walking distance from the city centre. There's plently of street parking available if you have a car. The flat has been well maintained. The walls are decently thick and I rarely hear anything from the surrounding flats. The rooms are a good size and the kitchen is particularly spacious. There's an electric fireplace in the living room. The flat has great storage. There's a built in wardrobe in the bedroom, a spacious storage closet, and an unfortunately unfinished closet with great potential as a coat closet. The landlord and letting agent are decently responsive when it comes to repairs and (so far) no rent increases

Review: Accomodation is managed by accommodation staff, it's a 50/50 chance to get decent advice and fixtures from them, but they're good. You get to meet other people in your flat, some do pre drinks, nice and quiet flat depending on what you get. Mines quiet, but some are rowdy. Close to train station and local shops, next town over is a short walk and that has more things to do. Loads of places to walk in nature too.

Review: "The landlords were amazing. The furnished flat actually had everything (including new pots and pans, plates, even cutlery). They put a bottle of champagne and flowers for me too when I first went in. They gave my full deposit back. They were also very responsive, e.g. they fixed the boiler as quickly as possible. Honestly, the greatest landlords ever. Positives for the flat were: it was very spacious, clean and not noisy. Very bright as the living room has corner windows. The canal and the huge cherry blossom tree is amazing. The windows were double glazed, which is a huge plus in Edinburgh.

The flat was clean and well equipped, including closet, double bed, desk, table etc. Lidl supermarket was only 3 min away by walk and the Cardiff university is also very close. The bus stop is also right in front of the flat. Generally, quiet and safe place.
