Negatives:
The flat is not very well maintained. When we moved in, the tables were untreated wood. The couch and beds were falling to bits. There were major marks to the paintwork on the walls. A cat must have gotten in and sprayed in the hall, which stank for weeks. The neighbours downstairs (Natalie especially) are very loud. The sound insulation between flats isn't good. You can hear the neighbours talking, playing music and watching tv - so much so that we stopped using the livingroom altogether. The neighbours also smoke weed and the smell travels into the flat.
Advice for next tenants:
Rent is good value for the area, but unless you're deaf, would avoid.
