Negatives:
I have had the window broken for years and the management company didn't care. However this is not the reason I am writing this review. After two years of renting there the tenant on the flat one floor down changed, and a new guy came in. This fella apparently had some drinking problem and maybe mental health issues, as he became fixated that I was creating an inhuman amount of noise. He banged on the cealing and screamed from his apartment. I tried to have a chat with him and while sometime he was quite nice, most of the time he was extremely violent, threatening to kill me. I went to the police a couple of time (but not having any proof they couldn't do anything, probably they were waiting for him to beat me up). I went to the agency renting the place (they were renting his flat as well) and they decided to not do anything (even though he was clearly breaching tenancy agreement by threatening to kill me!). I told them that the next person renting the place would also be unsafe and it was immoral for them to rent such a flat. One time after the neighbour came banging at my door again, and making me feel really unsafe, I decided to just move out. In two days I was out. So that's my experience. If the guy is still there, absolutely do not go.
Advice for next tenants:
Check who is your neighbour at the ground flat.
